3. Account Registration and Security

Account Credentials

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All transactions on g5777 are denominated and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). g5777 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion charges. The platform supports a range of Bangladesh-based payment methods designed for the convenience of local players.

Deposit Terms

  • The minimum single deposit is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to any limits imposed by your chosen payment provider.
  • Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your g5777 balance within two minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
  • g5777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which g5777 accepts no responsibility.
  • Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in your own name may be reversed without prior notice.

Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. g5777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Payments to bKash and Nagad are generally completed within five minutes of processing. Delays may occur during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
  • Active bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. Withdrawal of a deposit before a wagering requirement is met results in forfeiture of any associated bonus balance.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

  • Free spins awarded as part of a promotion expire at the time stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

Upon account closure by g5777 for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
